These extremely resistant Toolbox Flight Cases are made of poplar wood, covered on the outside by an embossed aluminum sheet and on the inside by a flat sheet.
The metal's thickness varies between 8/10 and 15/10, glued and riveted to a framework of anticorodal aluminum. We then apply angle brackets - which include a protective sphere of zinc-plated iron -, latches that can be secured with a padlock, and zippers made of nickel-plated iron that give fitting finishing touches to a highly-reliable Toolbox flight case.
