Right of withdrawal

RgCases S.r.l. pays particular attention to the needs and expectations of its customers.

We hope you are always satisfied with the purchases you make on our websites.

If you change your mind about a purchase, you may return the product without giving any reason within 14 calendar days of its delivery (or of the delivery of the last product, lot or piece, if the goods are delivered separately), as provided for by Articles 52 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005).

The right of withdrawal applies to the purchase of any product, with the exception of:

• Items made to measure or clearly personalised (Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code)

How to request a return

To exercise your right of withdrawal, log in to the "Orders and Returns" section of your account, find the relevant order and submit your return request directly from there. Stating the reason for the return is optional, but it helps us improve our service.

Alternatively, you can inform us of your decision to withdraw by any explicit statement sent through the Contact us form. Please include your first name, last name, order number and the products you wish to return. In this case too, you will receive the confirmation notification described below.

Return request confirmation

After submitting your request, you will promptly receive a confirmation notification by email. Under Article 54(3) of the Italian Consumer Code, this notification serves as acknowledgement of receipt of your withdrawal. The notification will include:

• the date and time your return request was received, which counts as the date on which you exercised your right of withdrawal
• the order number and the products for which the right of withdrawal has been exercised
• the instructions and address for shipping the product to our Returns Centre
• the deadline for returning the product
• the amount that will be refunded to you and how the refund will be made

We recommend that you keep this email, as it proves that you exercised your right of withdrawal within the legal time limit.

Returning the product

You must return the products following the instructions you receive, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days of the date on which you submitted your return request (Article 57 of the Italian Consumer Code).

You will bear the direct cost of returning the product. We may deduct from the refund an amount corresponding to any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Please therefore pack the product adequately.

Refund

If you exercise your right of withdrawal in accordance with these terms, we will refund all payments received for the returned product, including standard delivery costs. The refund will be made within 14 days of the date on which we receive your return request (Article 56 of the Italian Consumer Code). If you chose a delivery method more expensive than the standard delivery we offer, the additional costs will not be refunded.

The refund will be made using the same means of payment you used for the purchase, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.

We may, however, withhold the refund until we have received the product or until you have supplied proof of having returned it to RgCases, whichever is earlier.

You will receive a further notification when the product arrives at our Returns Centre, and another when the refund has been issued.
