ORDERS

It is sold only in EUROPE and we ship only to countries authorized to register See list of countries Orders are accepted if received via the Internet under the terms of sale specified here. Minimum order Euro 20.00 + VAT. Our relations will be governed by Legislative Decree 185/1999 which governs distance contracts on the web. Each order will be confirmed by email, indicating the total cost including transport and the payment methods you have chosen. PRICES AND AVAILABILITY

DELIVERIES

IN ITALY

Shipping costs are calculated for any destination in Italy and for any amount; for some destinations, such as Venice / smaller islands / disadvantaged locations / ZTL area, delivery takes place ex "mainland", or with any transport rates to be verified, or with your partner courier in free port, eliminating the cost of transport; in these cases, however, we reserve the right not to accept the order. Deliveries are made by Italian Post, Fast Courier SDA / GLS Executive, or National Courier, depending on the weight and volume of the goods. The cost of shipping is calculated in the order form. If it is not possible to fulfill the order due to unavailability of some products, we will send an informative email to the customer within the following 24 working hours. The goods are prepared and delivered to the courier by 3:30 pm, orders placed after this time will be shipped the next day. Delivery to the address indicated in the order will take place within 1/2 working days of shipment (In the islands delivery times are 2/3 working days). On the day of departure of the goods you will be notified by email. If the goods cannot be delivered due to unavailability of the recipient or for other reasons not attributable to us or to the courier, all further transport costs, stocks, packaging, various expenses, will be charged to the buyer.

The goods are prepared and delivered to the courier by 3:30 pm, orders placed after this time will be shipped the next day. Delivery to the address indicated in the order will take place within the range indicated in the shipping costs of the country of delivery. The day of the partenza of the goods you will be notified by email. If the goods cannot be delivered due to unavailability of the recipient or for other reasons not attributable to us or to the courier, all further transport costs, stocks, packaging, various expenses, will be charged to the buyer.

TRANSPORT COSTS

COMPLAINTS

Any claims for damage or tampering during transport must be contested directly and in writing to the courier. Any other claim for goods sold by us must be received in writing, quoting the number and date of the accompanying document, within 8 days of receipt. After this deadline, the appeal can no longer be accepted. Packages that show tampering or damage must be refused or accepted subject to control, otherwise the refund will not be possible.


PAYMENTS

CREDIT CARD - PAYPAL (for orders in Italy and Europe)

Your card details are not managed by us but directly by Paypal, which specializes in managing online payments. The information is encrypted through the use of cryptographic systems that prevent its use by third parties and is sent directly to the bank; in this way RGCases S.r.l is not able to see them. We accept the most common credit cards issued exclusively on the Italian territory. You will not be charged any type of supplement for payment by credit card. Some conditions to be respected: - provide a non-confidential landline or mobile phone number; - the holder of the order must be the holder of the credit card; - the credit card holder must be the holder of the landline or mobile phone number; - the products will be shipped to the address of the order holder. Failure to comply with even just one of the conditions mentioned triggers the request, to the bank issuing the card, for a verification of authenticity on the ownership of the card itself. At the end of the same, in the event of a positive outcome, we will proceed with the delivery of the order made.

BANK TRANSFER (for orders in Italy and Europe)

Choosing to pay by bank transfer allows you to ship the goods to an address or to a recipient other than that of the order holder. The bank transfer must be made within 5 working days from placing the order (under penalty of cancellation of the order); the reason to be reported on the bank transfer must indicate: the number and date of the order, the name and surname (company) of the sender. Your order will be processed only upon receipt of the cleared amount, so the above deadline must be added to the normal delivery times.

CASH ON DELIVERY (Only in Italy)

With this method, payment is made to the courier upon delivery of the purchased product for the amount shown in the order confirmation. It is not possible to ship to a recipient other than that of the order holder, but only to a second address of the same person or company. Cash on delivery is not sent to customers who do not indicate a fixed telephone number and who do not guarantee their presence at the address indicated in the days following the shipment of the goods. If the package is not collected, all storage and shipping costs will be charged. There is an increase of 8.00 Euro + VAT per shipment. The courier does not accept bank checks, so you can only pay in cash or cashier's check.


WARRANTY

All products are guaranteed against manufacturing faults or defects for a period of 1 (one) years for the “Company” user and 2 (two) years for the “Private” user. Any defects must be reported in writing or by email; acknowledged the defect under guarantee, any request for spare parts under guarantee will be processed carriage paid, the replaced part must always be returned to us carriage paid; failure to return the defective piece will result in the automatic charge of the material. If the product needs to be checked in our company, the cost of transport is excluded from the guarantee. This warranty is limited to the item sold, excluding any other performance, as well as any indemnity or compensation.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In compliance with Legislative Decree No. 21 of 21 February 2014, the buyer, who acts for purposes not related to any professional activity carried out (so-called PRIVATE user), can avail himself of the right toi withdrawal or rethinking (Article 52), by returning the purchased product within 14 days from the date of receipt, in unopened packaging. Shipping costs are charged to the buyer (Article 57). For products to "size", such as interiors cut to your request and all items made to customer specifications or customized, since they are made to measure, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised by the consumer buyer (Article 59). The right of withdrawal does not apply to sales with an amount lower than € 50.00 (net of shipping costs). RETURNS

In the transactions between our company and professional buyers for which the law n ° 21 of 21 February 2014 does not apply, it is possible to agree to the return of the purchased material only after specific written approval of our company. Defective products are accepted for replacement, provided that they are in their original packaging complete with manuals and all accessories supplied, shipped carriage paid, in suitable external packaging where our return authorization number will be indicated in a clearly visible way. Replacements or credits are subject to technical verification of returns, possibly by the manufacturer. Any shipments freight collect and without return authorization will be rejected. Any coupons or discount coupons issued by RGCases S.r.l, for promotional campaigns or refunds are inclusive of VAT and must be used no later than 6 (six) months from issue.

COMPETENCE

The court of Genoa (GE) will be competent for any dispute.
