Tool Chest Flight Case

The main strength of RG Cases' Tool Chest Flight Cases is that they are custom-made from the ground up: measures, capacity, external finishes, internal specifics, and accessories - such as trolleys, wheels, or pallets - are picked by you. We always go out of our way to meet your needs and advise you on which options are the best depending on what role your new Tool Chest Flight Case will go and cover.

Our Tool Chest Flight Cases are crafted starting one of three different frameworks, depending on what capacity is needed and the kind of stress your new tool chest flight case shall have to endure. Our aluminum frameworks are made of 20 - 30/10 aluminum foils and are either mm 5, mm 7 or mm 11 thick; we will then match them to laminates just as thick to craft your Tool Chest Flight Case. The following are the types of laminates we employ:

• 8/10 embossed aluminum foil and honeycombed polypropylene;
• Formica-like phenolic laminate and multilayered birch wood;
• Glass fiber laminates around a honeycombed core of aluminum.

Recently, we've also started implementing optional CNC-worked drawers of different sizes and specifics, complete with modular - and dampened, if you wish - rails. We've also introduced a new honeycombed material for our tool chest flight cases, featuring an 11 mm black, skid-proof weave (see picture): other than being very sturdy and solid, a tool chest flight case made from this new material is 3 times as light as a traditional wood flight case!
